East & Market values high quality products and want you to be completely enthralled with your purchase! But we do understand that there are times when an item may not fit proper or the item was not as expected.
Please send an email to immediately to email@example.com if you need to return or exchange an item.
Please be aware that if you exchange an item there is a chance, due to limited supply, that the item may be out of stock.
NOTE: ALL CLEARANCE SALES ARE FINAL!
Below are the guidelines for returns and exchanges:
- Items must be received within 14 days of receiving the parcel for domestic sales, time for international sales will be on a case by case basis.
- The item must be received in its original resell-able condition (unworn, unwashed and with all tags ). East & Market will inspect each item and has the right to refuse any item that does not fit the stated criteria for returns.
3. We only accept returns on full-priced items (We do not accept returns on sale items)
- We do not accept returns on earrings or undergarments (bras/underwear/swimwear) for sanitary reasons.
- Return items must include the order number on the parcel.
- You (the customer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
- Please send all returned items via reliable and insured carriers as East & Market will not be responsible for lost packages!
